What's the most memorable piece of advice you've received, and how has it influenced your life?
The most memorable piece of advice I’ve received is, “Els diners van i venen, el temps no” (Money comes and goes, but time doesn’t). This advice has had a profound impact on my life, reminding me to prioritize my time and experiences over material things. It encourages me to make the most of every moment, focus on what truly matters, and invest in meaningful experiences and relationships.
If you could work from anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could work from anywhere in the world, I wouldn’t choose just one specific location. I’d love to have the opportunity to work in different parts of the world, exploring various countries and cities. Experiencing new cultures and environments would not only be incredibly enriching but also keep my perspective fresh and my creativity flowing. Being able to move around and immerse myself in different places would be a dream come true, allowing me to learn continuously and grow both personally and professionally.
What do you value in a new company / in a boss / in co-workers the most?
In a new company, I value a culture of openness, innovation, and collaboration. I appreciate a boss who is supportive, communicative, and encourages growth and creativity. In co-workers, I value kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude. I believe a supportive and dynamic team environment fosters creativity and drives success, making work not just a task, but a fulfilling experience.
