Please tell us a bit about your background
Hey, I'm Florian 👋🏻
I work on creating products with a human-centered approach, aligned to hit business goals. The combination of functional design paired with an appealing aesthetic is very important to me. In the fast-moving tech industry, you always have to stay on the ball and continue your education - I love this process of permanent learning.
From an early age, I developed a fascination with computers, disassembling and reassembling everything, and playing all video games. At the age of about 13, I became interested in photography and at the same time, I was also involved in digital post-processing. This hobby later became my entry into the professional world. As a photographer, I loved photographing people the most, but I've also tried other types of photography. However, my interest in design grew and I switched to a Munich start-up in the tourism industry. My passion for product design is currently burning stronger than ever and I feel very comfortable in this industry.
In my private life I'm looking for a balance to the digital world and I love being outdoors, doing sports and getting to know new places and people. I am spontaneous and always ready for an adventure.
How did you find out about MVST?
MVST first came to my attention through a job advertisement on LinkedIn. After some research on the internet and an initial meeting to get to know each other, it was clear to me that I wanted to be a member of the team.
Why did you choose MVST?
My goal is to dive deeper into product development and to help shape the entire process from customer inquiries to product launch and beyond. I am also looking for a team that wants to grow professionally and privately and supports each other. I am very confident that with MVST I have found a working environment that combines both. I am really looking forward to the start and the time together.
